To use the mask, start by thoroughly cleansing your face with a water-based cleanser that leaves no oily residue. Apply a high-concentration Vitamin C serum to enhance collagen absorption. With dry hands, place the collagen sheet on one half of the face, avoiding the nostrils, and apply additional sheets to the lower face or neck if desired. Moisten cotton pads with distilled water or Lapidem lotion (avoiding any oil-based products) and press them gently over the sheet to activate it. Smooth out the sheet from the centre of the face outward, removing air bubbles for a close fit. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then gently roll off the sheet starting from the forehead down toward the chin.
