At Royal Cosmetics, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality, authenticity, and safety. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, and in accordance with international hygiene regulations, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

This policy applies to all purchases made through https://royalcosmetics.ae/ (“Website”), owned and operated by NIPPONIKA TRADING LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any issues, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by email at ⬜ [to be inserted].

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging;
  • Include all original inserts, labels, and protective seals; and
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

3. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Skincare products (creams, serums, masks, etc.);
  • Makeup or cosmetic items;
  • Any product with a broken hygiene seal or opened packaging.

We appreciate your understanding, as these rules protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect all products before shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To facilitate the exchange or refund process, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and delivery box;
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Full refund to your original payment method.

In such cases, Royal Cosmetics will cover all shipping costs.

5. RETURNS FOR BEAUTY TOOLS

Beauty tools (e.g., massage devices, brushes, or accessories) may be returned or exchanged if:

  • They are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging; and
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

If the item shows signs of use or damage, the return will not be accepted.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If your order is eligible for return or exchange due to our error or product damage, Royal Cosmetics will cover all related shipping costs.
  • If you wish to exchange or return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, selecting a different item, etc.), shipping costs (both return and new delivery) will be borne by the customer.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

7. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Submit your return request via email at orders@royalcosmetics.ae within the applicable timeframe.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return authorization from our support team.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Unauthorised returns or packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

8. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (used during checkout via Stripe) within 7–14 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s or card issuer’s policies.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the regular return/exchange policy.

To request a cancellation, please email our team immediately at orders@royalcosmetics.ae with your order number and reason for cancellation.

10. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • Products must meet the same eligibility conditions as UAE orders;
  • Returns must be authorized in advance by our support team;
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees (except in case of damaged or wrong product).

Refunds are issued once the returned products are received and inspected at our Dubai facility.

11. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns;
  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers;
  • Samples and trial-size products;
  • Items labelled as “final sale.”
