All charges appear in AED on your Royal Cosmetics invoice and payment receipt.
5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

- You can also view your payment and order status anytime in your personal cabinet on the Website.

6. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

8. REFUNDS & REVERSALS
Refunds are processed through Stripe using the same payment method originally used at checkout, in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Depending on your bank, refund amounts may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account.
9. FRAUDULENT ORDERS & VERIFICATION
To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to:
- Request identity verification or proof of ownership for high-value or suspicious transactions;
- Delay or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Report confirmed fraud to the relevant authorities.
