5. ORDERING & PAYMENT

We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

7. DELIVERY POLICY

UAE Deliveries:

  • Dubai: free delivery for orders above AED 500; AED 30 for smaller orders.
  • Other Emirates: free delivery for orders above AED 800; AED 50 for smaller orders.

International Deliveries:
Manual quote and payment via secure Stripe link after confirmation.

Delivery times vary based on destination and courier conditions.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product arrived heavily damaged,
  • The wrong product was sent, or
  • The outer packaging was severely compromised upon delivery.

Beauty tools may be returned or exchanged if unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs:

  • Covered by Nipponika Trading LLC only if the product is damaged or defective.
  • In all other cases (e.g., exchange or change of mind), the customer bears shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned products have been received and inspected. Partial or full refunds may be refused if the product is used, opened, or not in its original condition.

9. PRO CLUB / B2B CUSTOMERS

Access to PRO pricing, wholesale offers, and specialized professional services is limited exclusively to approved professional clients.

Eligibility

Professional clients include:

  • Licensed solo professionals,
  • Freelancers, and
  • Registered companies in the UAE or any other country,

who hold a valid business license and, where applicable, a Tax Registration Number (TRN) certificate.

Verification & Documentation

During the registration process, you will be required to provide:

  • A valid trade or professional license, and
  • A TRN certificate (if applicable).

All submitted documents are securely stored in your personal user cabinet within your account and remain accessible to you at any time. Royal Cosmetics maintains strict data protection measures to ensure that your business documentation and personal data are safely encrypted and handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Membership

By applying for PRO Club membership, you agree:

  • To provide accurate, valid, and up-to-date professional credentials;
  • Not to share, disclose, or publish PRO pricing or offers publicly or with non-members;
  • To comply with all Royal Cosmetics and Nipponika Trading LLC policies, including product resale and representation guidelines.

Royal Cosmetics reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate PRO accounts at its sole discretion if misuse, misrepresentation, or policy violations are identified.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
