The Royal Cosmetics PRO Club is a professional membership program created exclusively for licensed beauty experts, aestheticians, massage therapists, cosmetologists, salon owners, spa professionals, and distributors who wish to access wholesale prices and professional-only product ranges available through https://royalcosmetics.ae/ (“Website”).

The program is owned and operated by NIPPONIKA TRADING LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By applying for membership or using PRO pricing, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Membership in the PRO Club is open exclusively to:

  • Licensed solo professionals or freelancers actively working in the fields of cosmetology, aesthetics, beauty therapy, or related disciplines;
  • Registered companies or salons operating under a valid business license issued in the UAE or any other country;
  • Trainers, academies, or distributors engaged in professional cosmetic education or retail partnership with approved certification.

Applicants must hold valid business credentials and provide official documentation confirming their professional status.

2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

To verify eligibility, you will be asked to upload the following documents during registration:

  • A valid Trade or Professional License, and
  • A Tax Registration Number (TRN) certificate (if applicable).

All submitted files will be securely encrypted, stored, and accessible within your personal user cabinet on the Royal Cosmetics website. These documents are kept strictly confidential and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm your professional status.

3. APPROVAL PROCESS

Once your application and documents are received:

  1. Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days.
  2. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your application has been approved, rejected, or requires additional information.

Approval is granted solely at the discretion of NIPPONIKA TRADING LLC. Incomplete or unverifiable applications may be declined.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Each PRO Club account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that no unauthorised persons access your professional dashboard or prices.

If we detect misuse, shared credentials, or any form of fraudulent activity, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.

5. PRICING & DISCOUNTS

PRO members enjoy exclusive wholesale pricing and, when applicable, additional discounts, early access to promotions, or professional-only product lines.

All PRO prices:

  • Are confidential and intended strictly for your personal or business use;
  • Must not be disclosed, published, or shared publicly (including on websites, social media, or with retail clients);
  • Are subject to change without prior notice based on stock availability, supplier adjustments, or exchange rate fluctuations.

6. ORDERING & PAYMENT

All PRO orders are placed through the Website using your registered account. Payments are securely processed via Stripe and are subject to our Payment & Security Policy.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received, unless a written wholesale contract specifies otherwise.

7. SHIPPING & RETURNS

PRO orders are subject to the same Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy as retail customers, except where otherwise stated in a custom wholesale agreement.

Please note that:

  • Wholesale quantities may require extended processing times.
  • Shipping charges and return conditions may differ for bulk or international orders.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information, including pricing, business correspondence, and professional resources shared within the PRO Club, is strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, duplicate, or distribute this information to third parties without prior written consent from NIPPONIKA TRADING LLC.

Violation of confidentiality obligations may result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action for damages.

9. USE OF PRODUCTS

All products purchased under the PRO program are intended for:

  • Professional use in treatments, or
  • Retail sale to end customers only through legitimate business operations (salons, clinics, or approved online platforms).

Reselling Royal Cosmetics products on unauthorized marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, or similar) is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any PRO Club account without prior notice if:

  • False or misleading information was provided during registration;
  • The account is misused or credentials are shared;
  • PRO pricing or confidential data is disclosed publicly;
  • Payments or transactions are fraudulent; or
  • The member breaches any of these Terms.

Upon termination, all access to PRO pricing and benefits will be immediately revoked.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal and professional data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and GDPR for international users.

All uploaded business documents are encrypted and accessible only within your account. We do not share or sell member data to third parties.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NIPPONIKA TRADING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from membership use, product performance, or delays in supply.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These PRO Club Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
