2. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including the courier details and tracking number (where available).
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only; delays may occur due to courier schedules, customs, or high-volume periods.

3. DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE)

We offer nationwide delivery across all Emirates through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Charges

  • Dubai: Free delivery on all orders above AED 500.
    Orders below AED 500 incur an AED 30 delivery charge.
  • Other Emirates: Free delivery on all orders above AED 800.
    Orders below AED 800 incur an AED 50 delivery charge.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery Process

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  1. A confirmation email with courier details;
  2. Tracking number (if available);
  3. Expected delivery timeframe.

If the courier cannot reach you, a re-delivery attempt will be scheduled. Failure to receive the order after multiple attempts may result in a return to our warehouse and re-delivery charges.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

At present, international shipping is available only via manual quotation. Automatic checkout shipping for overseas orders is not yet enabled.

How It Works

  1. Select and fill out “International Delivery” at checkout.
  2. Your order will be placed on hold pending a shipping quotation.
  3. Our support team will contact you by email to provide:
    • Available shipping methods and courier options,
    • Estimated delivery times,
    • Exact delivery cost, and
    • A secure Stripe payment link to complete your order.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination and courier service, typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs inspections or local logistics conditions.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Certain items containing restricted ingredients or packaging may not be eligible for international shipping due to airline or customs regulations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or countries currently under trade restrictions with the UAE.

6. DELIVERY TRACKING

For UAE orders, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (depending on courier). For international orders, tracking will be provided once available from the selected courier.

If your tracking number does not work immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES OR DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please notify our team within 48 hours by emailing orders@royalcosmetics.ae, including photos and order details.

We will assess the case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If the courier is unable to deliver after several attempts due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal, the parcel may be returned to us. 

In such cases:

  • For UAE orders, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • For international orders, re-delivery or refund will exclude the original shipping cost.

8. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All confirmed orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time may be extended during promotions, launches, or high-demand periods.

9. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@royalcosmetics.ae. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
