Shake the bottle well before use. Hold the spray approximately 20 cm away from the skin and apply evenly to exposed areas of the face and body. For facial use, spray first into clean hands and then gently pat onto the face, avoiding the eye area. Reapply every 2–3 hours for optimal sun protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying. For best results, apply generously to ensure full and even coverage.
